About the event
Circles and drumming have been the foundation of community-connection for thousands of years. We are so lucky to have an expert community drum circle leader living right here in Orange County! Yeshima is trained as a music teacher but is finishing up her PhD in drumming and social emotional learning.
Drumming has so many benefits! First and foremost - it's FUN and cultivates JOY!
It also can help decrease anxiety and depression, it can help increase energy, it helps with cognitive function, and supports emotional expression, all while improving your motor skills.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! We hope you will join us!
