Hone your balance, with building strength and improving mobility.
All levels, abilities, and all ages are welcome! This is a progressive series of classes in which we will focus on foot health, building strength for bone density (specifically hips), core and pelvic floor strength, and improving functional movements like getting up and down from the floor, climbing stairs, carrying things, and walking.
The main focus for these E-Learning Courses is to start to integrate some of these practices into your daily/regular life so that they become good habits for a lifetime. I am here to support you in that! So, I encourage you to be ready to commit to a daily practice (even just 5 min a day!) if you sign up for this course.
