How It Works

Step 1

REGISTER

Email me to let me know which Zoom/virtual class you want to take.

You can also message or text me 574-536-4407.

Try to register at least an hour before class begins.

Step 2

PAY

Make a payment or donation for your class. If you are really strapped financially, let me know;  we will work it out.

Download ZOOM

Download the app for Zoom on your electronic device. You can set your preferred video settings & 

mic to mute when it's time for the class.

BREATHE

I will email you a link for your Zoom class aan hour or more before the class.  Click on it to join the class.  

Then just Breathe. 

Move. Connect .

Reset. Restore.
