How do you find and grow your little spot of peace?
There are many different ways to do this, but I invite you to go on a journey with me to discover how finding little spots in nature can bring a lot of sense of calm and peace, and give you a space to just breathe and be.
Find a spot in nature and try to do some stretching or take a few breaths. Find your little spot of peace, both inside and out. Visit it often.
