Embodied Resilience with Kara Schmidt
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm (EST) - Begins May 7, 2025
Reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and build lasting stress resilience.
Embodied Resilience is a trauma-informed class series that blends gentle yoga, somatic experiencing, applied neuroscience, and the ACEs Aware “Stress Busters” toolkit. Each class offers guided movement, grounding practices, breathwork, and reflective tools to help you regulate emotions, release tension, and feel more at home in your body.
Whether you're new to self-care or seeking deeper healing, this series supports you in cultivating strength, calm, and connection from within. Taught by Kara Schmidt.
