Svadhaya - Self-inquiry, looking inward to reflect & to access our inner wisdom
We are going to ease into 2023, being gentle with ourselves; giving time to process and digest 2022 & the holidays; giving time to setting intentions for 2023. There is no hurry & likely your body needs all the rest it can get right now.
Week 1 ~ Jan 2-5, 2023
Themes: Pause, Rest & Recover from the holidays. And gratitude for 2022.
Practices: Gentle movement & stretching, Pranayama (Breathing Practices), & Yoga Nidra.
Week 2 ~ Jan 9-12, 2023
Themes: Create more space in body and mind.
Practices: Gentle movement, stretching & beginner's yoga to feel more expanded, Pranayama (Breathing Practices), & Yoga Nidra.
Week 3 ~ Jan 16-19, 2023
Themes: DREAM BIG - Visioning & Dreaming for 2023
Practices: Gentle movement & Yin and/or Restorative Yoga, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
Week 4 ~ Jan 23-26, 2023
